Exchange Club celebrates anniversary on courthouse square

The National Exchange Club  - a community service organization with 700 clubs and over 22,000 members nationally -- is celebrating its 100th anniversary throughout the month of March.

In recognition of this event, the Covington Exchange Club and the South Tipton County Exchange Club are sponsoring a celebration on the Courthouse lawn on Tuesday, March 29, at 1:00 p.m.

Exchange Club members volunteer time, energy and money to help make our community a better place to live.

But even more than that, we celebrate you, our local businesses and our community for supporting fundraisers such as the Elliston Golf Tournament, Field of Flags, and the annual Dinner & Auction.

Proceeds from these events go to support our main project, the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

Join us Tuesday on the Covington courthouse lawn along with the Covington High School Swing Choir led by Carole Mathis & County Ex
