Tipton County home sales continue decline | News

While Tipton County home sales were down sharply in the second quarter of the year compared to the same time last year, the number may not be as bad as it sounds, according to the Daily News.

Home sales were down almost 12 percent, but that'sstill an improvement over the first quarter of the year.

Tipton County saw 155 home sales in Q2 (April to June), down from 176 home sales the same quarter a year ago, but an impressive 50.5 percent increase from 103 sales in Q1, according to the latest data from real estate information company Chandler Reports.
